Maurice is a Broker at Coldwell Banker RPM in North Little Rock. He is also a member of the Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Club recognizing him for outstanding sales performance. He has spent twenty years in the real estate business, was named 'Realtor of the Year' by the North Pulaski Board of Realtors in 2008 and 'Realtor of the Year' by the Little Rock Board of Realtors in 2011. He has served on various leadership positions in the North Pulaski Board of Realtors, the Little Rock Board of Realtors and on the Board of Directors of the Arkansas Realtors Association. He is a Past President of the Arkansas REALTORS® Association, and is also a member of the National Association of Realtors and serves in leadership. Passionate about education, he holds the following real estate certifications and designations GRI, ABR, SRES, CRS, CRB, SRS, GREEN, At Home with Diversity, Military Relocation Professional, Pricing Strategy Advisor, Short Sales and Foreclosure Resources, and Real Estate Negotiations Expert.
As a licensed Real Estate Instructor, he currently instructs agent pre and post license, broker pre and post license and continuing education throughout the state of Arkansas and across the country.
He is currently a member of the North Little Rock City Council.
A retired Army Master Sergeant who served in the military for 25 years, serving overseas in Germany and a tour at Fort Ord, California. During his military service he was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, two Army Accommodation Medals, and an Army Achievement Medal.
